5 Signs Your Property Needs a Professional Clean
You see your property every day, so changes happen gradually. The green creeping up the fascia boards. The film building on the windows. The gutters slowly filling with leaves. None of it happens overnight, which is why most people don't notice until a visitor points it out or they come back from holiday and see the place with fresh eyes.

1. You can't remember when the windows were last cleaned
If you have to think about it, it's been too long. Windows that haven't been cleaned in three months or more have a visible film of grime, even if you've stopped noticing it. The difference after a professional clean is always more dramatic than people expect. Rooms get noticeably brighter because more light is getting through the glass.

2. Your fascias have turned green
White UPVC fascia boards are fitted on most homes built or renovated in the last 30 years. Over time, algae and atmospheric dirt turn them grey, then green. The north-facing side of the house usually goes first because it gets less sun and stays damp longer.
A lot of people assume the fascias need replacing at this point. They almost never do. A proper clean with heated deionised water brings them back to white. 3. Water is overflowing from your gutters when it rains
Stand outside during the next heavy shower and watch your gutters. If water is pouring over the edge instead of running to the downpipe, something is blocking the channel. Leaves, moss, bird nests, and general debris accumulate over months and create dams that force water to overflow.
